Wart removal and wart remedies

A wart is a small and hard lump on the skin, a wart is usually caused by a DNA  virus called Papillomaviridae shortly called as papilloma virus. You cannot take the wart lightly sometimes it goes without a treatment sometimes it will spread you need to immediately consult a doctor to treat the wart.

Types of a wart

Genital Warts  - These are common types of warts according to the research studies shows that 80% of the American has this type of warts, It is caused due to strain of  Human Papillomavirus. You need to get the treatment otherwise these warts are contagious and can spread more.

Plantar warts  –
These types of warts occurs mainly on the lower part of the foot, when you have this type of wart it can create more infection allowing us not to walk, it will be a very painful and irritating experience.

Oral warts  -
This is a rare type of warts, cannot be seen to everybody it occurs in the oral cavity area . These types of warts looks very small, and it can spread and it can happen while smooching. It can create a lot of pain,while you eat food.

Flat Warts - This looks very small, and it can be otherwise called an invisible wart it takes long time to become visible, usually teens will be affected by this kind of warts.

Filliform Warts - This wart looks very ugly, and it is long a bulge from the skin this is one type of infection caused by human papillomavirus.

Common Warts – This can appear anywhere in the body but particularly in most people appears in the hands or in the foot.

Periungual Warts -
These types of warts appears very small in the beginning as you have not treated it , it grows bigger in size.

Wart Removal

You  should understand warts are contagious and can spread from human to human, on an intercourse or on kissing mouth to mouth. Two ways to remove wart removal:

  • Salicylic acid  removal
  • By using Dimethyl ether
  • You can operate and remove  it, but it is  quite expensive in comparison to other methods.


Remedies of warts

There are some proven home remedies for wart removal, one is through applying a duck tape, it usually takes 6 to 8 weeks for the wart to diminish from its presence.
