Tips to stay healthy and live a longer duration of life

Span of human life is decided as 100 years , tell me how many people live until 100 years , you can count the numbers with your fingers , I mean the people you know, Living longer life is not that easy, there are so many contagious diseases, contamination in food and everything we use, It is really quite difficult to live a longer life, but if you follow simple things consistently you can really achieve a longer duration of life. These  tips will help to  you stay healthy and live longer.

  • Basic things first, if you are at the age of 30 , it is the best time to correct all your mistakes, because until the age of 30 years you can be anyway, if you do not eat properly on time or sleep on the body will have resistance power but after 30 years this will slowly start to diminish, if you are above 30 years of age you need to be careful with basic things such as eating at a proper time, sleeping at least 8 hours of sleep.
  • Make a point that you eat at the same time daily, I mean if you plan to eat the lunch at 10am in the morning, tomorrow you have to eat the food at 10am, your brain is like a clock, it remembers when you have taken the food, it automatically gives a command to the stomach to make you hungry at that time. Make sure you at the same time and also eating your lunch before 10 am gives a lot of strength make sure the food is cooked properly and eat the food when it is warm.
  • Exercise is a very important thing to do, if you talk about exercises, there are various types are there, floor exercises, gym exercises that are meant for building the muscles , even if you practice aerobics that’s also an exercise and yoga is also an exercise but gives more benefits than all the other exercise have a time to exercise make sure you spend at least 30 minutes a day for exercises.
  • Do not sleep more than 7 to 8 hours, that’s what doctor suggests, and you drink plenty of water daily and avoid drinking water which you do not know about the quality of it , it also applies to the food make sure you eat in a restaurant which is of good quality.
  • Eat foods that have low Glycemic Load, it is a fact that people who eat foods, which have fewer calories can live in for a longer duration.
  • Reduce your calories in foods do not eat any fatty foods, which have a high calorie.

If you follow these tips , you can live for a longer duration . Even though there are many genetic diseases  and other factors are there, which will impact our health and stop us to live healthy , those things we have no control over it to stop, but generally these basic tips will help you live for a longer span of life.
