For all the IT people and the people who do their work in a sitting position for a long time will certainly have health related problems to stop it you need to be active enough on the work day. Remember the health is important than the work because if you lose your health then you cannot do the job continuously you will get bad name in the job, I am going to give you some tips which can make you active in your office.
- Before you start the work set up a schedule of work and get into a challenge i.e., 9.30 to 10.30 finish x amount of files , 10.30 to 11.30 approve files. Likewise set a time target for each work. This will make you interested in working.
- Keep a bottle of water, eating bottle of water once in every half an hour will certainly help you stay active it removes all gastric troubles because water removes the empty spaces in the stomach.
- If your company permits to hear a song, you can switch on a good song and work , you will not feel the burden of work.
- Every 2 hours keep 10 minutes as a break, just go out and do some exercises in sitting position, there are lot of yoga you can learn where you can sit and do it, make sure you do some exercises for your Neck and the Back or you can do meditation, remember do not sleep.
- Always take lightly things even if you are fired by the boss, just focus of what to do next and work well with good concentration you will get a good name soon.
