- Plan your lunch well with exact amount of calories, you have the calculator ask your wife or mother to prepare a lunch with less calories. If you intake more fiber products that would be a good idea.
- Eat fruits as much as you can, these fruits consume less calories.
- Even when you drink a juice, make sure that the juice consumes less calories.
- Live life with a goal to control calories, if you consciously do for few times then after some time automatically you will able to control calories easy.
- Whenever you have time in the office, just go out for a small walk, if you can jog do it, as it will easily burn more calories.
- Use a tread mill at home exercise using a treadmill when you return from the office , at least walk in the treadmill for 20 minutes daily.
- Eat short meals instead of long meals, keep the appetite always in alert put foods that are rich in fiber once in every one hour.
