  • First of all, the basic thing we all forget to do in our life, which is the main reason for fatigue, is we do not eat the food on time. Whatever may be the reason we live this life basically for our stomach and then come all the other necessities, whatever position you may be or whatever the amount of work, make sure you have a time for eating food you need to keep that as first priority in your life.
