In a human life there are four stages , first one is where we be a baby and we do not know what is right , what is wrong totally innocent till the age of 8 and then comes childhood upto 20 and then comes to adulthood up to 60 and then finally the old age. This is natural for all humans and we are in the cycle of birth and death.
Here are some tips to stop feel that you have become old and feel younger.
- Stop thinking that you have become old, this thought can transform you and really make you old.
- Always smile and try to be happy and carry the normal activities
- Do not see the mirror often always think you are still younger if the mind thinks that you are younger then you are younger.
- Do not get bogged down carry on the duties do not feel that you cannot do or lift something because of the age always feel energetic.
- Do not seek for help until and unless you really need it. Try to do your day to day work without the help of others.
- Do meditation or Yoga kind of exercises daily in the early morning that will keep you fresh and energetic.
- Do not stop from eating or watching like children, do whatever you like do not refrain from doing things.Always love everybody and be happy
