Working as a manager in a company  means you hold all the responsibility for the outcome of the work, There are many successful managers where they can control the whole environment , but nowadays managers  are doing a job, which is not up to the expectations.  You are going to manage or control somebody, employees  obey your orders only when you are perfect.  You need to know these time management tips to act as an example to employees.

You have been given a responsibility to see whether other employees are working well , your responsibility is to increase production and profits of the company, as a Manager you should know how to respect the time.

These are some of the time management tips to qualify as managers.

  • Before delegating work to others make sure you complete your work properly.
  • Eat proper food and sleep at a proper time
  • Take a piece of paper and pen write down what are the things you are going to do tomorrow make sure your  priority and preferences.
  • Just work out a Time sheet plan for the sub-ordinates and ask them to follow it correctly and make sure you also follow it.
  • Wake up early in the morning do some yoga.
  • Come to office at correct time , do not delay.
  • You need to write achievable goals daily, this habit will help you achieve goals without fail.
