How to reduce the weight gain during pregnancy

 

Weight gain on pregnancy period is really a common issue on behalf of most of the woman, exercise is the key to reduce your weight gain almost by 70% and you must take proper nutrition, food at proper time. Exercising your body during the course of pregnancy is a must and mostly important because it can rejuvenate your body after giving birth to the child. Exercise helps you to reduce the marks that happened after the baby is born and also makes you feel fit. Here I’m going to tell you some of the basic things, which help you, reduce pregnancy weight.

Before doing any activity, exercise there is a thumb rule that you need to consult your physician before starting any type of exercise because your doctor knows when to start and what type of exercises you should do.

  • As per your doctor instructions do exercise and remember to immediately stop exercising whenever you feel fatigue or it causes any pain during the session.
  • Start exercising with a positive attitude to maintain a healthy and fit body.
  • Do exercises with good control and balance i.e. there are exercises which makes you fall down the floor, so be careful on those exercises always do whatever you can do remember if you fall down it will not only cause trouble for you but also for your baby.
  • It’s always better that you do exercise with a helping hand of your husband or other close relatives.
  • Take a deep breath before starting any exercises and just meditate for a minute or two to get the stream of breathe into normal.
  • Time limit of doing exercises depends upon your body condition.
