There are many people doing business in this world , but you can see some of them always stand on the top like Google Search engine which is  consistently on the top, most of the business fall due to procrastination in the management level or in the employee level. Procrastination has to be completely stopped for a company which has goals in performing to a higher level.

You might have set goals for your company, what you can achieve in the next one or 2 years , if you want to make that as a reality, I’m sure there are hurdles in the way.  Even if you are strong in the management level about achieving the target , at  an employee level you can see a lot of procrastination, you need to take strict measures to avoid procrastination among employees.

For example: A tender which has not prepared properly on time, if you have not quoted the correct price or the quotation does not reach on time  due to procrastination it can give a big loss to the business.  Procrastination is there at every end you need to find ways to stop procrastination and walk on the path of growth and success.

  • Awareness  and proper communication are the keywords  for stopping procrastination. You need to make sure all your employees in the company know about the long term achievement goals , it is vital to communicate to all your employees so both awareness and communication plays an important role in stopping procrastination.
  • Carelessness at any level must be removed immediately and you need to keep a watch on procrastination.
  • You need to assign daily responsibilities for each of your employees and there should be a like a point system, which quantifies the quality of work for each employee from the low to the highest level.  If they do more work automatically there should be some financial reward for that employee.
  • You need to give training on time management and develop time management skills.
  • Communicate a positive attitude to the employees that the goal can be achieved and also communicate the rewards to employees.

These are some of the ideas to stop procrastination, if you make your employees understand about the need of achieving the goal, you can feel free and your company will perform excellently.
