There are many people doing business in this world , but you can see some of them always stand on the top like Google Search engine which is  consistently on the top, most of the business fall due to procrastination in the management level or in the employee level. • You need to assign daily responsibilities for each of your employees and there should be a like a point system, which quantifies the quality of work for each employee from the low to the highest level.  If they do more work automatically there should be some financial reward for that employee.
• You need to give training on time management and develop time management skills.
• Communicate a positive attitude to the employees that the goal can be achieved and also communicate the rewards to employees.
