• Whenever a customer enters your store give them a warm welcome and immediately ask about their requirement and talk politely with them even the tone of voice is very important.  If you can add the customer name  like for example: Good morning Mr. Jonathan “  when you are calling by name they will be more impressed they do not expect it from a store, for that you need to have good memory and should maintain a database of regular customers.

Many people have a business phone number they will give the business cards to their customers but when customer call they do not pick it up, that’s a bad habit.
• If your customer comes up with the complaint, do not be rough first assess the situation politely and silently , if the fault is on the customer side you try to explain it clearly and if you find the fault on your side, never hesitate to replace the product, do it immediately customer will be very happy.
• Whenever a customer comes and buy you try to give the customer the maximum benefit that you can do, in the price or give some free gifts for purchase in this way you create a high customer retention where customer will be back soon with a reference.
