These are some tips, which can help them achieve it.
- As a software tester you need to keep your eye open on each and everything, if you have a headache or something which disturbs you to do the work , Please avoid the work and relax because even one error can create a big question mark in the minds of the clients. You need to make the application 100% error free or at least 99% error free.
- Before applying the knowledge you have gained through education about software testing, it is important to completely go through the flow level of the application. Once you have gone through it, you can now split the whole application into small sections.
- Just always see the application in a Negative way, as a software tester your attitude must be always negative with the application, if you have this attitude you can easily find out the mistakes.
- Do not be careless not to test some of the areas, client does not know whether a bug or an error is small or big. Error is an error for them so make sure you do not skip any part of the application assuming that the application will be error free.
- As a software tester, you should always think like a person who is using it, and you need to imagine various scenarios, which will happen in the real time environment. If you do this creative visualization you are rest assured that the application is more or less an error free .
- Probability is the real word when it comes to software testing use all probabilities and all negative methods in the application make sure it throws a proper error or accepting without showing an error.
If you follow these tips and make sure your software tester is following the tips , if he/she follow the tips, then there is no need to worry about error or bug these will be minimum.
