What is Conference Call?
A conference call means more than two people communicate at the same time by a telephone call. Conference calls are more useful to many companies to communicate and to distribute the information to so many viewers at the same time. It is like a device of communicating large number of people.
A person calls to other party and combine them to their call. A person themselves can connect many people to their call, by just dialing some special digit numbers. This special digit numbers are a bridge to connect the conference call.
What is meant by three line phone call?
A Three way phone calling is exists for both the clients on your office or home telephone line. You can dial a number as you like, then you have to press a button to make another call. After pressing this button, dial another number you wants, when the bell is ringing press the button once again. Then, three people can talk at a same time.
Many companies use conference call to save their and another person time, and to build relationship.
Three types of conference call:
Audio conferencing call- is an older method when compare to other two methods of calling. In this method, we can hear only the voice of another person. It is less cost solution.
Video conferencing call- In this method, we can hear the voice and also we can see the video of several people who involves in the conference call, which is more cost solution.
Web conferencing call- It works with the application of desktop in the computer at both side. It is a very useful for showing your products to the customers and for sharing various applications.
