Standards of change management have three important types of change management which occurs in the life cycle of change management.

Change in the Process of Development

This type of change appears in the start, you find this change emerging when you have hand full of issues, when the sales is not up to the mark or employees not completing the tasks in proper time, You definitely need a change to make these things work efficiently for you, a small adjustment can create a huge impact on these issues, this type of change arise on the process of development.

Change in the process of Innovation / Introduction

This change comes into play when you want to introduce some new strategies, innovative ideas, products, strategies etc., to the organization, like for example: you can open a new department to assist a department, appointing a new CEO, expanding your business, like incorporating a new office in another country/ location.

Change in the Process of Transformation.

After you implement something then comes the transformation, Darwin’s Theory: Every Action has an equal and opposite reaction. There will be a transformation when you implement something new to the business, it may be a positive transformation or a negative transformation.
